Terms of service

1. Who we are. GAME 974 is an online shop in Qatar selling digital games and subscriptions for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4. Contact: WhatsApp +974 5029 2095, game974store.com. GAME 974 is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Sony Interactive Entertainment. PlayStation, PS5 and PS4 are trademarks of their owners.

2. What you get. For each order we create a new PlayStation account with the game or subscription you chose and send you its login details.

  • Active: you set the account as the primary console on your PS5/PS4 and play the game from your own account.
  • Non-active: you play while signed in to the account we give you (internet connection needed).

3. Using the account. The account is for you and your console only. Don't change its email, password or security settings, don't add a payment method, and don't share or resell it. Breaking these rules ends the ban guarantee.

4. Prices and payment. Prices are in Qatari riyals (QR) and can change before you order. You can pay by card at checkout, by bank transfer / Ooredoo Money, or in cash where offered. For transfer and cash orders, we deliver after the payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery. We usually deliver within minutes, and normally within 24 hours of payment. For pre-orders, we send the account right away with the game pre-ordered on it, and the game unlocks on its release day.

6. Refunds and guarantee. See our Refund policy.

7. Limits. We're not responsible for problems caused by PlayStation Network outages, changes Sony makes to its services, or the account being used against these terms. Our total responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Changes. We may update these terms. The version on our website when you order applies to that order.

9. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.

How does buying a game work?كيف أشتري لعبة؟

Pick your game, choose your console (PS5 or PS4) and account type (Active or Non-active), then check out. Once payment is confirmed, your account details arrive on WhatsApp — usually within 15 minutes.

Is it a disc or a code?هل هي سي دي أو كود؟

Neither — it's 100% digital. You get a brand-new PlayStation account, created just for you after you order, with the game already on it. Nobody else gets that account.

Active: you set the account as primary on your console, so you play from your own account — even offline.

Non-active: you play by signing in to the account we give you, and you need internet. It costs less.

Pay by card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) right at checkout, cash on delivery anywhere in Qatar, a bank transfer from any Qatari bank app, or Ooredoo Money (just scan our QR code). For transfers we send the payment details on WhatsApp.
