Refund policy

What you buy. GAME 974 sells digital PlayStation games and PlayStation Plus subscriptions. Each order is delivered as login details for a brand-new PlayStation account created for you. Nothing is shipped.

Before delivery. You can cancel or change your order (game, console, Active / Non-active) for free until we send the account details. If you already paid, we refund you in full by the same method.

After delivery. Because digital accounts can't be returned, orders can't be refunded once the account details are sent — except in these cases:

• The account doesn't work (wrong game, can't sign in, game not on the account): tell us within 48 hours. We fix it or give you a replacement account. If we can't, we refund you in full.
• We can't deliver your order within 24 hours of payment: full refund if you ask for one.

100% ban guarantee. If the account is banned or locked, we replace it for free, as long as you did not change the account's email, password or other details, add a payment method, or share the account.
