Questions? Answered.

How does buying a game work?

Pick your game, choose your console (PS5 or PS4) and account type (Active or Non-active), then check out. Once payment is confirmed, your account details arrive on WhatsApp — usually within 15 minutes.

Is it a disc or a code?

Neither — it's 100% digital. You get a brand-new PlayStation account, created just for you after you order, with the game already on it. Nobody else gets that account.

What's the difference between Active and Non-active?

Active: you set the account as primary on your console, so you play from your own account — even offline.

Non-active: you play by signing in to the account we give you, and you need internet. It costs less.

Which one should I choose?

Want to play on your own account, keep your trophies and play offline? Choose Active. Want the lowest price and you're always online? Choose Non-active.

What if the account gets banned?

You're covered by our 100% ban guarantee: if the account is ever banned, we replace it for free. Just don't change the account's email or password.

How fast will I get my game?

Usually within 15 minutes after your payment is confirmed. Pre-orders are delivered on launch day.

How can I pay?

Pay by card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) right at checkout, cash on delivery anywhere in Qatar, a bank transfer from any Qatari bank app, or Ooredoo Money (just scan our QR code). For transfers we send the payment details on WhatsApp.

Will a PS4 game work on my PS5?

Yes — PS4 games play on PS5. Just pick the console you'll play on and we'll send the right version.

Can I play online?

Online multiplayer needs PlayStation Plus. You can get Essential, Extra or Deluxe right here in our store.

Can I get a refund?

Digital games can't be returned once delivered. But if anything isn't working, message us on WhatsApp and we'll fix it fast.
